– Program Tailored to your needs

Our Exclusive Hitting Programs

Upon Signing up for our hitting program, each athlete undergoes a comprehensive assessment covering hitting biomechanics, mobility, strength, and power output. Once the assessment process is complete, you’ll receive a video breakdown of your hitting mechanics with voice over as well as a written evaluation grading you on each mechanical checkpoint and describing why that checkpoint was passed or failed. Based on the results of the assessment, we create a personalized month-long training program tailored to you with a focus on addressing your specific deficiencies. Each day is meticulously planned specifically for you, covering corrective mobility, dynamic warmup, pre-hitting medicine ball drills, hitting drills and strength exercises. You’ll enjoy unlimited real time access to one of our experienced coaches via call, text, email, or our community page throughout your training.

Each program is designed with the athlete in mind including their age, current ability, goals and resources. We recommend a medicine ball, a tee, a bucket of balls and someone to throw you batting practice. (see FAQ for additional information regarding equipment). Your program will be tailored to you, accommodating any equipment limitations you may have.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What Ages Is Personalized Training Designed For?

Personalized training is designed for all age groups. The program each athlete receives is specifically tailored to them and their age.

What Happens If I Play Other Sports?

We recognize that our athletes lead busy lives, often participating in multiple sports. To ensure we can accommodate your schedule effectively, we encourage you to communicate with your bullpen coach to inform them about the days when you have the most commitments with your other sports. This way, we can properly adjust and create a training schedule that works harmoniously with your other activities.

How Can I Integrate Personalized Training With My Team Practices?

Work with your Bullpen coach to create a training plan that complements your team practices.

Incorporate personalized training drills: Incorporate the drills and movements from your program into your team practices. I.e., your coach gives you 15 minutes to hit off the tee, spend that time working on the hitting drills from your program.

By integrating remote training into your team practices, you can maximize your training time and improve your game quicker.

When Is The Best Time To Start?

Regardless of the time of year, now is the best time to start. We will create a program that suits your readiness. Whether you are just beginning to throw or hit again or are in the middle of a season, or anywhere in between, our coaches will tailor the program to meet your specific needs.

How Is The Program Created?

The assessment process involves an extensive hitting biomechanics assessment which helps us identify any mechanical and movement deficiencies. Using this information, we can implement specific drills to address these issues and help the athlete reach their full potential.

Each program is designed for a 4-week period, and at the end of this period, the athlete will receive a new program. This cycle repeats every 4 weeks, with each new program building upon the previous ones. This approach ensures continuous improvement and provides new challenges for the athlete month after month.

What Are The Benefits Of Personalized Coaching?

1. Flexibility: Personalized training allows our athletes to train from anywhere at any time, allowing for greater flexibility in their training schedule.

2. Personalized Training: Every athlete receives a personalized program that is customized to their needs and goals. Our coaches use video analysis and the latest technology to provide personalized feedback to help each athlete overcome their deficiencies sooner.

3. Accessibility: Every athlete is assigned a coach who is readily available to them. The athlete has unlimited access to their coach and can reach out through calls, texts, and video submissions. They can seek guidance, ask questions, receive feedback, and get assistance with any aspect of their game, including the mental aspect.

4. Convenience: Personalized baseball training is more convenient for athletes, as it eliminates the need for travel and allows athletes to train at a time and location that works best for them.

What Can I Expect To Get With My Personalized Program?

Each athlete will receive an in-depth hitting biomechanics assessment. This assessment will then be used to create a personalized program that address any limitations and deficiencies the athlete may have. Every four weeks, a new program will be provided to build upon the athlete’s progress and ensure their program evolves with their improvement. Additionally, athletes will have unlimited access to their coach through phone, text, email, and video sharing to receive feedback, suggestions, and guidance on mechanics, mental aspects of the game, or any other questions they may have. Your coach is dedicated to helping you achieve all your goals.

• Youth: For athletes aged 13 and under, we suggest a youth set of plyocare balls with weights approximately at 1000g, 450g, 225g, 150g, 100g. Additionally, a weighted baseball set at 7oz, 6oz, 4oz, and a youth set of Jaeger Bands is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
